Associate

Ms. Saran joined Fulton, Rowe & Hart in 2014. Her practice area focuses on domestic and international estate planning, trusts and estates administration, and tax exempt organizations. She also advises private foundations on governance, tax, domestic and international grant-making, and compliance matters.

Ms. Saran is a recent graduate of the New York University School of Law, where she obtained a Master of Laws degree in Taxation. At NYU, she specialized in trusts and estates and individual wealth management taxation.

Ms. Saran started her legal career as a corporate litigator at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, handling matters as diverse as corporate financial restructurings, internal investigations, and trusts & estates litigation. Ms. Saran utilizes her broad knowledge base and experience to assist clients and tax-exempt organizations optimally to achieve their objectives.
