Mr. Vittoria was the founding partner of Vittoria, Purdy & Cavallaro LLP, and is a 1965 University of Virginia
School of Law graduate and licensed to practice in New York. Prior to starting the firm in 1975, Mr. Vittoria was a
partner for eight years at the Trusts & Estates law firm of Lovett, Vittoria, Lovett & King.
Mr. Vittoria has developed one of the most thriving Trusts & Estates practices in New York City and Westchester
County, and in doing so has represented a wide array of individuals, small companies, estates and trusts.
In addition, he has also served as Executor and Trustee for numerous clients and has also served on the
boards of several client charitable foundations.
In addition to his Trusts & Estates practice, Mr. Vittoria also frequently provides advice with respect to
ancillary matters such as small business representation, residential real estate transactions, and estate
and gift tax advice.
